For the Emerging Leaders Awards and Scholarship Gala in Atlanta, I was brought in to help carry the event’s visual identity across both print and on-screen presentation materials. My role included designing the official gala booklet and creating ceremony visuals that supported the flow of the program throughout the evening.
A unique part of this project was that I was not the original designer of the event branding. I had to carefully study the provided flyer and recreate the overall look, style, and visual direction so the new materials felt consistent with the existing campaign. From typography and color treatment to layout style and graphic details, the goal was to make every piece feel like it belonged to the same brand family.
In addition to the booklet and screen visuals, I also animated select assets to bring more movement and polish to the ceremony experience. The final result helped create a cohesive, professional presentation that supported the gala’s purpose of celebrating leadership, achievement, and scholarship.
